Chip’s Family Restaurant In Wethersfield Is The Latest Addition To A Growing Family

The Chip’s Family Restaurant brand is expanding. The original Chip’s opened in Orange in 1966. For years, that was enough. But current owner George Chatzopoulos, recognizing that the Chip’s brand had much broader potential, subsequently opened outlets in Fairfield, Trumbull, and most recently, Wethersfield.
